[ Attached is a File of a phone call between Joseph Lynch (gubernatorial candidate) and a man named Robert Vaughn. If Vaughn is looked up, he'll be quickly identified as a staff member of Jon Panebianco, the Security Council President of the United Nations.

The call opens up to a bit of chitchat between Lynch and Vaughn, some friendly conversation, right before Lynch asks about where Vaughn's men are at the moment. He says that "Jay" has another request, another one of his pet projects who got into trouble. No, no, not another bit of "self defense"—they both chuckle at the implication—and not a case of protecting one of those freedom fighters when she deserves to fall in line (they both seem to think Morningstar is a bit of a joke). Just a scrawny guy who got in trouble. Jay's offering to send a message, to pay handsomely, they (the men) just need to get the scrawny fellow to where he needs to be.

Vaughn says it can be done, but they won't be able to do much after this, so "Jay" had better come up with a better contingency plan than his guys.

The call ends a minute later, with Vaughn wishing Lynch luck on his future candidacy. "It sounds like they're going all in on Jovavich, for better or worse. You have your work cut out for you." ]

I believe the Morningstar agent in question has since been revealed to be Gaby. I've seen you speaking to her far more than I ever have.

The Jay referred to here seems to be James Henries.

Though I do have to wonder: how long until we have theories that Johann, who is also Henries, helped Lynch kill Jovavich? And you'll somehow egg it on even without evidence proving as much?
