[IC CR Notes] OUTDATED
[ooc: This post is a collection of notes Lance has made on those he's spoken to ICly so far. All opinions are IC and are therefore not guaranteed to be accurate. If there's anything in here that shouldn't be, for some reason (such as I've mixed up ooc/ic knowledge) please let me know!
These notes are generally private and stored on Lance's phone, although I've left the entry public so it can be referenced by anyone Lance sends his notes to for some reason. However, they wouldn't be able to be seen ICly by anyone he hasn't specifically sent them to, unless someone actually has his phone and goes digging through it.
Any notes marked with an asterisk are either personal enough that he would feel it's wrong to share them, or are a part of counseling and are therefore confidential. These particular notes are therefore not included if/when he shares his records, however should someone access his phone directly they could find them.
Any notes in italics are comments he wrote specifically for whoever he's sharing these notes with, to replace his previous commentary on that individual. For example, when he sends his notes to Rosen, the only bullet points included under Rosen's entry are those in italics. Lance's actual notes are edited out.]
Maketh Tua
• Although outwardly presenting symptoms of sociopathy, she seems entirely capable of emotional and empathetic connections and is therefore disqualified from this diagnosis
• Doesn't like being challenged
• Wants to be well-intentioned, but only acts on it when it suits her
• Has no issues justifying extreme behaviors; black-and-white thinking
• Near-obsession with weakness in herself and others
• Resorts to intimidation when debate doesn't work
• Resorts to violence when intimidation doesn't work
• Threw a knife at me once, which was not appreciated
• Medium threat, and likely only when directly challenged
• *Likely psychological trauma from time in military academy
• *Persistent reliant on survival techniques and mechanisms in situations that don't require them
• *Suffers panic/anxiety attacks
• *Possible manic episodes
• *Worrying and inconsistent qualifiers for which lives she considers valuable and worth protecting
• *Ceased counseling arrangement after knife incident; my decision, not hers
• *Absolutely do not allow yourself to be convinced to reinstate counseling, Lance
Hux
• Serious ego issues
• Doesn't like being challenged or questioned
• Fixation on having his orders followed
• Possible sadistic tendencies but too early to state definitely, may just be a jerk
• Keeps vaguely and not-so-vaguely insinuating threats of torture, which is also not appreciated
• Not as volatile as expected
• Probable high threat, and likely premeditated rather than heat of the moment
Dr. Lee Rosen
• Old
• Will put butterfly clips in your hair when you're not looking
• Should not be allowed around flour
• Grey-haired man bun?
• I know you're reading this
• Well-intentioned and trustworthy on personal issues
• Seems calm and not easily angered
• Questionable judgement in some situations
• Seems prone to extremes in worrying; either too much or too little concern for individual/situation
• *Possible symptoms of depression? Could be from stress instead
• *Has acted egregiously selfishly in the past
Sato
• Probably sociopathic; hits most major markers with no indicators of disqualifiers
• Obsessed with games
• Generally ambiable but with no true empathy; standard for sociopathy
• Either not a good manipulator or doesn't care to be; likely the latter, based on personality type
• Seems more motivated by boredom than by ego or malice
• Likely low threat during casual personal interaction, unless bored or otherwise challenged
• Apparently immortal
• Has some sort of invisible, dangerous force under his control that can cause harm
• Recently seems to have acquired an injury that is not healing; strange for someone immortal
Will Graham
• Strange
• Very strange
• Paranoia?
• Passive-aggressive and then amiable seemingly at the drop of a hat
• Loves animals
• Likely low personal threat, but unpredictable enough to be a concern
Elena
• Friendly and helpful
• Seems sad underneath
• Likely more complicated past than she's letting on, due to seemingly unpredictable emotional reactions to certain topics
• *Vampire, because her 'friend' killed her and turned her into one
• *A great deal of violence and trauma in her history
Ushahin
• *Complicated and somewhat horrific history
• *Unsurprisingly seems emotionally and mentally fragile
• *Seems genuinely invested in becoming a better person
Henry Percy
• Reasonable and direct
• Prideful, perhaps enough that it influences his decision-making
• Seems well-intentioned and fair-minded, for the most part
• Loyal to Maketh, but enough so that he won't go along with her more destructive plans
Nick Valentine
• Polite and helpful
• Seems fair-minded and reasonable
Ellie
• Way too young to be here
• Is anyone looking out for her?
• *Seems to be suffering from trauma-related nightmares
Will Solace
• Also too young to be here
• Comes from sort of camp for demi-gods
• What the hell is wrong with some of these worlds?
